The hotel sets its own Room Rates and availability, provides the stay and parking, and collects the hotel package balance plus final applicable hotel taxes and hotel-imposed fees directly from the guest. ALVA's separately disclosed booking fee is handled apart from the hotel's charges.
Hotel partners receive secure access for reservations, daily availability, Room Rates, hotel policies, parking and airport transportation information. Front Desk, Hotel Managers and Organization Administrators use the same Partner Login with role-based access.
Standard hotel participation is offered at no cost to the hotel. Any optional paid service or separately negotiated service would require a separate agreement.
